Listing a book in the Boomerang Books database.  Boomerang Books is essentially a book ordering service, which means that we do not hold large quantities of stock.  We will generally only order a book from the publisher upon receipt of an order from a customer.  Accordingly, we do not buy quantities of books from publishers without a firm order. 

It is possible to sell your book via Boomerang Books, but to do so, you must first do two things:

1. List your book in the Nielsen Bookdata book feed. Nielsen Bookdata is our database provider. Please contact Nielsen separately to arrange for your book to be listed - phone (02) 9986-7084 or email bookdata@bennett.com.au for more details.

2. Establish an account with Seekmedia.  Seekmedia is our book fulfilment provider. Please contact Richard Parslow at Seekmedia via email - rparslow@seekmedia.com - to establish an account so that our customers (and customers to other websites that use Seekmedia) can order your books.

Altering an existing listing in the Boomerang Books database. If your book is already listed in our database, then it is available for sale from Boomerang Books.  If your listing is incorrect or needs to be changed, it is important that you contact Nielsen Bookdata to correct this (phone (02) 9986-7084 or email bookdata@bennett.com.au), as this is the source of our book information (and the source of many other online bookstores and in-house book cataloguing systems).  Changes will be updated within 7 days as we take a weekly feed from Nielsen.

Book Giveaways. Boomerang Books is happy to receive book samples for use as giveaways (signed copies are very welcome!). In return, we will happily showcase your book in our fortnightly newsletter (currently sent to approximately 6500 recipients).  Please contact us for information on where to send your sample copies.

Book Reviews, Author Profiles and other content. Boomerang Books is always looking for quality book reviews, author profiles and other relevant content to publish in our Info Bank.  Please contact us for instructions on where to send your content - Email Contact Form.

Book Industry Calendar.  Boomerang Books publishes a calendar containing important dates in the book industry, including new releases, author tour dates and book festivals.  To include your important book-related date in our calendar, please contact us.
